• Timelines and Carriers: Domestic orders within New Zealand are securely delivered within 3 to 5 business days via our trusted partner, NZ Post (CourierPost). We also proudly support comprehensive global shipping, utilizing the premium DHL Express network to ensure swift and secure delivery to our international clientele.

• 30-Day Guarantee: Your absolute satisfaction is our priority. You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the official date of receipt.
• Flexible and Free Return Logistics: Return shipping is entirely free of charge. Furthermore, we impose no restrictions on your choice of logistics provider; you are completely welcome to utilize any preferred courier service to safely dispatch your return package back to our facility.
• Item Condition Requirements: To maintain the pristine standard of our collections, all returned items must remain in immaculate condition. We strictly cannot authorize refunds or exchanges for items that exhibit artificial damage, alterations, or obvious signs of wear that compromise their suitability for secondary sales.
